Meet the Dream Team
Elcin Tozge
Designer & Founder
With 15+ years of experience in global brands across multiple media channels, Elcin is an integrated designer. Born in 1982, she finished her BFA at the Communications Design department in New York’s Pratt Institute. Later on she would complete her MA in Fine Art at the University of Arts London’s Chelsea College of Art. Beginning her career in 2005, Elcin has worked for global agencies such as TBWA, BBDO, and Geometry Global. She has signed her name under award-winning projects, creating ATL, BTL and digital campaigns for accounts such as Unilever, P&G, Shell Oil, Henkel, Avon, Coca-Cola, Nivea, Starbucks and much more.
A native speaker in English and Turkish, Elcin also knows French and Spanish. Working under a busy pace, she enjoys swimming and running. In 2022, she completed a dream of crossing the Bosphorus by sea and land. She first competed at the Bosphorus Swimming Race, making her a cross-continental swimmer and next by running at the Istanbul Marathon all whilst helping raise funds for Çağdaş Yaşam, The Association for the Support of Contemporary Living which supports equal opportunity for all.
Ceren Bettemir
Sr. Art Director
Ceren is an experienced Senior Art Director with a demonstrated history of designing in the publishing, advertising, PR and communications industry. Skilled in Branding, Typography, Editorial Design, Packaging and Annual Reports. Design professional with one year Sabancı University MA study and Advertising Major and Visual Communication Design Minor BA from Istanbul Bilgi University. Her Enerjisa and Garanti BBVA integrated report designs won global awards in 2021. Happy to work in e.t design creative woman power team. Interested in music, plays bass guitar in a indie-folk band, and has a radio show at Radyo Modyan on Thursdays.
Duygu Kocaagaoglu
Creative Director
Duygu is a Sr. Copywriter with an experience of over a decade. She’s been working with global brands such as Unilever, Nivea, DHL, Dr. Oetker, Avon, GlaxoSmithKline and many more to add along with her local brand experiences. As a copywriter she’s got the ability to work on each word, for each medium. From product packaging to TVC, from press releases to social media campaigns for numerous global and local brands. She’s dedicated on her work as much she likes to spend her spare time discovering new things.
Cansel Gonca
Art Director
Born in 1998, Cansel completed her undergraduate education at KTO Karatay University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Graphic Design Department. In the last year of her university education, she started working at e.t Design Studio and took part in many works such as illustration, corporate identity and logo. Cansel enjoys photography, water coloring, and interested in digital drawing. Currently she is developing herself in web design.
